**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Commercial Acquisition Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze business opportunities and articulate technology solutions to customers.

**Responsibilities:**
* Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and sales activity requirements
* Identify and capture new leads, including customer/opportunity cultivation
* Analyze and articulate new business/customer opportunities in terms of deal size, key customer players and decision makers, and how to secure those customers
* Develop and manage relationships between Sterling and customers from initial contact through product fulfillment

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years overall experience in sales
* 3+ years related experience within the commercial, state, local and education sectors
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate, coordinate, and work effectively with inside account managers and other coworkers
* Proven track record of business development success and strategic sales vision

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year
