About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Project Director to lead our teams and drive project success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Lead project teams and delegate roles and responsibilities to ensure effective project management.
  • Develop and manage budgets, estimates, and proposals to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade partner and supplier selection, drafting, reviewing, and issuing agreements as necessary.
  • Evaluate project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field; or equivalent experience and education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Detailed understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
