Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EVS Aide I to join our team at Sierra View Local Health Care District. As an EVS Aide I, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and patient care in our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Cleaning: Clean patient rooms, hallways, and other areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Project Cleaning: Assist with deep cleaning of patient rooms, nursing stations, and other areas as needed.
  • Patient Care: Interact with patients, family members, and visitors to identify their needs and respond accordingly.
  • Performance Improvement: Participate in performance improvement activities to identify opportunities for improvement and propose changes to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork by cross-training in other areas of the department and meeting department needs.
Requirements
  • Education/Training/Experience: Previous hospital or hotel experience preferred.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Not Applicable.
  • Essential Functions: Ability to perform a variety of duties related to maintaining cleanliness and patient care, including daily and project cleaning, patient care, and performance improvement.
