Job Overview

Epsilon is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role involves conducting thorough research on target accounts, establishing initial contact with decision-makers, and nurturing relationships to generate sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that address client pain points and help them achieve their goals.
  • Secure new contracts by effectively negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, managing their accounts and ensuring they're satisfied with Epsilon's solutions.
  • Develop your skills in consultative selling, strategic planning, and data analysis.
Requirements
  • A passionate and results-oriented individual with a hunger for success and a knack for building rapport.
  • A natural communicator who can overcome objections and effectively convey the value Epsilon brings.
  • A resourceful problem-solver with a keen understanding of marketing and sales processes, with 2-3 years of experience (agency, sales, B2C, Client Service, etc.).
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces a growth mindset, and has a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
  • A tech-savvy professional comfortable with industry-standard sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
