Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the student's health, focusing on seizure management.
  • Accompany the student on the bus to school and provide care during school hours.
  • Ensure safe transportation back to the student's home.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate health records and communicate effectively with parents and school administration.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in Rhode Island.
  • Previous experience in pediatric nursing or school nursing preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, approximately 3 hours per day.
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
