Job Summary

As a Certified Nurse Assistant at Comfort Keepers, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as monitoring vital signs and administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals. You will also maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and document and report any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the overall well-being of clients and provide a sense of security and comfort to them and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly clients
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervising nurse
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of clients

Requirements

Experience working with elderly clients and knowledge of healthcare principles are essential for this role. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant is preferred.
