Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch client service, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions
  • Proactively identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and services
  • Strategically impact the Client Service function and team as a subject matter expert and advocate for change

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials and Series 7 license required; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days
  • 2+ years of related experience in financial markets and/or financial products or related
  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Experience in a client-facing role working with high net worth Latin American clients
  • Ability to discuss legal matters pertaining to the structure of investments and follow up with lawyers to obtain documents as necessary
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
