Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Relationship Banker to join our team at our Aspen branch. As a Branch Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers
  • Process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services
  • Resolves clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources
  • Identify and maximizes cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs
Requirements
  • Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs
