Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of balancing and record-keeping.
  • Identify and address client needs by offering a range of services, including account opening, loan processing, and money transfers.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, either through direct action or referral to alternative resources.
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities by exploring client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; cashiering, customer service, and balancing experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
  • Excellent balancing and customer service skills, with the ability to cross-sell bank products effectively.

Compensation

This position is eligible for a base salary in the range of $29.00 hourly, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
