Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, particularly in import freight forwarding.
- Required proficiency in CargoWise and Microsoft Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Dependable work ethic; comfortable in a quiet, independent work setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate import freight forwarding operations, including both ocean and air cargo.
- Prepare and verify all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Input and maintain data within CargoWise, ensuring records are current.
- Engage with clients and co-loaders to provide required documentation and updates.
- Monitor cargo movements domestically and internationally, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage daily administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
