Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate import freight forwarding operations, including both ocean and air cargo.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Input and maintain data within CargoWise, ensuring records are current.
  • Engage with clients and co-loaders to provide required documentation and updates.
  • Monitor cargo movements domestically and internationally, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
