No prior real estate or sales experience is required.

Mandatory Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 5-9 PM, Saturday & Sunday from 11 AM-5 PM. Additional hours and opportunities may be available.

This position allows for remote work, but candidates must reside within a specified distance from the operational area.

Compensation:

$20 per hour plus bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport and relationships with potential sellers as the first point of contact for incoming leads.
  • Follow up and nurture leads within our database.
  • Maintain updated lead information in our system.
  • Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives.
  • Prepare offers for outside sales representatives as necessary.
  • Enhance sales skills by collaborating with outside sales representatives, with the goal of advancing to an outside sales position based on performance.
  • Report metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications:
  • Must be dependable and adhere to the established schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 5-9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM-5 PM.
  • Additional hours and opportunities may be available.
  • No experience is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, and candidates should sound professional on the phone.
  • Must be goal-oriented and driven for success.
  • Empathy and active listening skills are important, along with the ability to guide prospects to the next step.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow is a must.
  • Attention to detail and effective note-taking skills are required.
  • Proficiency in typing and computer usage is necessary.
