Seed Territory Manager

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seed DSM to lead our sales efforts in Minnesota.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving maximum sales and increased market penetration within their territory. They will lead and manage the direct sales activities of their Seed Dealers, assist them in building a solid network of seed customers, and help them distribute products efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review business plans with Seed Dealers, including marketing strategies
- Recruit and train new Seed Dealers
- Assist Seed Dealers in negotiating prices with customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration
- Agronomy degree or relative experience
- Proven sales experience with crop inputs, including seed
- Ability to bring seed customers immediately to the role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Sales leader, relationship-builder, and negotiator
- Proficient with computer technology and social media
