H2O Innovation is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team in a permanent, full-time position. Our next colleague's physical location is flexible, with a territory to be assigned within North America. You role will be to drive sales of water & wastewater treatment systems, achieve revenue targets, and develop the company's existing customer base in both municipal and industrial sectors. .

The Day-to-Day
  • Promote the company's products and services to drive growth in sales of water and wastewater treatment equipment, while also supporting consumables sales through engagement with consulting engineers, general contractors, vendors, and end users;
  • Participate in bidding for water and wastewater treatment projects, including cost estimation and proposal development;
  • Diversify and expand the existing client base by attending conferences, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions (technical presentations), and holding client meetings;
  • Travel to project sites for pre-tender evaluations based on specific project requirements;
  • Collaborate closely with H2O Innovation's support network, including equipment representatives, engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers;
  • Achieve annual sales objectives aligned with H2O Innovation's overall business plan.
The Skills We Are Looking For
  • Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent);
  • Extensive knowledge of membrane treatment systems, including : Membrane Bioreactors (MBR),Reverse Osmosis (RO),Ultrafiltration (UF),Microfiltration (MF),Nanofiltration (NF);
  • Experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector;
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the U.S. or Canada;
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time;
  • Strong presentation & communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter;
  • Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities.
