Project Coordinator

TDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to support the development, test, and management of Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) systems for the fleet. This role will involve coordinating with various teams, including Product Owners, software engineers, and Subject Matter Experts, to enhance and integrate a fleetwide CBM+ solution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interface between systems, software, and management teams to integrate and unify efforts for a cohesive approach.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage schedules, requirements, processes, schedules, flow charts, risk matrices, and presentations to improve the program's operations and procedures.
- Track and analyze efforts, resources, and personnel.
- Perform data analysis to aid in strategic planning for program development.
- Assist with program assessments ensuring programmatic goals/milestones are well documented and achieved.
- Facilitate, lead, and help with numerous meetings to include peer, design, program, and testing reviews.
- Identify, monitor, and help resolve risks and problems encountered by the team.
- Work with government sponsors and management to monitor project status and formulate plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Math.
- 2 or more years of experience in a technical or project analyst role (including co-ops/internships).
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in organizing within a team environment, tracking various efforts, and elements of tasking.
- Attention to detail and meticulous record keeping and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasking and manage time effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project).
- Ability to collaborate on a large, geographically distributed, cross-functional team.
- Ability to work independently after some guidance and instruction.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Is skilled in navigating and producing artifacts using Office 365, databases, spreadsheets, and scheduling programs such as MS Project.
Working Conditions:
The work is typically performed at client site locations in an office environment or Control System Test Labs. Additional work may be performed onboard US Navy Ships (pier side and at sea), which requires proper safety precautions and ability to go up and down shipboard stairways (ladders); work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes, or equipment.
