Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Crews: Provide direct supervision, coordination, and continuity to assigned crews, ensuring work performance meets quality, budget, and safety objectives.
  • Hazard Recognition and Awareness: Perform Hazard Recognition Awareness to remove all hazards from the workplace.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure equipment is received and maintained in good working condition throughout the job, reporting all deficiencies to dispatch and/or Division Operations Manager.
  • Quality Control: Ensure work performance meets quality, budget, and safety objectives, maintaining a safe and environmentally sound work-site.
  • Communication: Provide complete and accurate Job Service Receipts and Job Logs to required Evergreen managers/salesman, maintaining a high level of communication with personnel and management.
  • Problem Solving: Maintain a problem-solving attitude, attempting to procure additional work and maintain a working knowledge of current, applicable regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in the industry, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Language: Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, written and oral.
