Job Title: Field Supervisor

Evergreen North America Industrial Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision, coordination, and continuity to assigned crews, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate assigned crews to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
  • Perform Hazard Recognition Awareness to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
  • Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and used in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report any unsafe or environmentally unsound conditions to management.
  • Provide complete and accurate Job Service Receipts and Job Logs to required Evergreen managers/salesmen.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Skilled and qualified in primary service line.
  • Good communication skills, written and oral.
