ExpressPoint Technology Services, Inc., a provider of a diverse array of technology solutions and maintenance services, is seeking a full-time Production Control Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in managing the physical and systematic flow of products, components, and inventory essential for timely production completion. Proficiency in computer applications is necessary. The ideal candidate should be adept at utilizing web-based inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is highly desirable. Our facility is equipped with heating and air conditioning for a comfortable working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently organize and store all incoming parts and components upon arrival.
  • Facilitate the movement of inventory between work-in-progress locations.
  • Assist in the management of Missing Parts/Upcharge.
  • Undertake additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic math, reading, and writing skills at the high school level.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel) and office equipment such as fax machines, telephones, and copiers.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new processes and procedures as needed to meet organizational and client requirements.
