About the Role
DeLaval is seeking a talented Inventory Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing supply chain data, and communicating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MRP parameters to optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers to review lead times and negotiate delivery schedules.
- Analyze inventory reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of inventory plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth.
Benefits and Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
