As a Crisis Resolution Specialist, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with healthcare professionals to provide advanced mental health services.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Crisis Resolution Specialist to join our team, responsible for conducting clinical assessments, providing crisis interventions, and facilitating admissions to higher levels of care.
  • You will work closely with the Emergency & Stabilization Services team to ensure continuity of care between Wyandot Center Crisis, RSI, and higher levels of care when appropriate.
  • Your primary focus will be on preventing state hospitalizations and jail bookings, while also coordinating discharge plans for individuals served at RSI and multidisciplinary team planning for successful transition to community-based services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree and licensure as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Kansas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with staff and community agencies
  • Experience in mental health emergency services and crisis management

Benefits: Competitive salary ($65,000 - $85,000 per year), depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
