The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-of-house restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and presentation of the dining room and bar areas.
  • Lead the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery, and resolve service issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies as required to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
  • Collaborate with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management to ensure profitability.
  • Provide guidance on cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED, equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
  • Food Handlers Certification.
  • Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead by example.
