Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Director to join our team at Lodge Management Group. As a key member of our Sales, Events & Marketing team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and business opportunities across our eight venues.

">

Your primary focus will be on expanding community outreach, initiating local events, and researching market trends to identify potential event opportunities. You will also be responsible for showcasing our venues and vendor offerings to clients, developing CAPS parties, and managing events from start to finish.

You will work closely with our venue staff to coordinate event orders, oversee logistics, and ensure seamless execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed inventory records and coordinating team sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities for all 8 venues">
  • Voice ideas and strategies to grow the brand">
  • Expand community outreach for events, including surrounding companies, schools, neighborhoods, and local organizations">
  • Initiate, coordinate, and participate in local clubs and events">
  • Research market trends and industry developments to identify event opportunities">
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings, leading client tours and presentations">
  • Develop and build CAPS parties">
  • Manage event orders, process payments, and maintain inventory records">
  • Oversee events on the day of, solving problems, welcoming guests, directing setup, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors">

Software/Technology Experience

">

You should have proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and General Office Equipment. Familiarity with Info SCS is a plus.
