National Sales Director of Business Development

At Puttshack, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead our group and event sales across all venue locations nationwide. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in increasing brand awareness in new and existing markets.
About the PositionThis hybrid position requires 3 days onsite at Puttshack's headquarters in Chicago with occasional travel to support business operations and expansion activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Regional Sales Directors and providing guidance and structure for dedicated sales teams onsite at each Puttshack venue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive group sales strategy to drive revenue growth and brand recognition across new and existing markets.
- Identify and capitalize on group sales opportunities through various sales tactics.
- Oversee and implement all sales systems, tools, resources, and vendors to drive best practices and enhance sales processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong track record of implementing and measuring effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of group or events sales experience, including 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality sales.
- Experience within a multi-unit, high-growth social entertainment and/or hospitality company is preferred.
- Proven analytical capability to tell business stories leveraging data.
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
