At Puttshack, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead our group and event sales across all venue locations nationwide. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in increasing brand awareness in new and existing markets.

About the Position

This hybrid position requires 3 days onsite at Puttshack's headquarters in Chicago with occasional travel to support business operations and expansion activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Regional Sales Directors and providing guidance and structure for dedicated sales teams onsite at each Puttshack venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive group sales strategy to drive revenue growth and brand recognition across new and existing markets.
  • Identify and capitalize on group sales opportunities through various sales tactics.
  • Oversee and implement all sales systems, tools, resources, and vendors to drive best practices and enhance sales processes.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong track record of implementing and measuring effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of group or events sales experience, including 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality sales.
  • Experience within a multi-unit, high-growth social entertainment and/or hospitality company is preferred.
  • Proven analytical capability to tell business stories leveraging data.
  • Creative mindset and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
