This role is based in a dynamic salon environment, where you will report directly to the Salon Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service while managing the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in the beauty sector and have prior experience in customer service, particularly with customer management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in the salon's POS system to manage appointments and bookings effectively.
  • Conduct cash handling procedures, ensuring security and accuracy.
  • Greet clients warmly and offer refreshments.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails promptly.
  • Assist in promoting product sales.
  • Manage inventory orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with stylists to ensure timely service delivery and manage client expectations.
  • Clearly communicate pricing structures to clients.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance stylist visibility and appointment bookings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including all client-facing areas.
  • Assist with laundry and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional errands as required.
  • Keep the Salon Manager informed of any significant updates or issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $17 to $20, based on experience, with potential for growth.
