Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Wyndy LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily transportation schedules and routes to meet the needs of our students and school administrators.
  • Collaborate with school administrators to address transportation-related issues and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of school bus drivers and monitors.
  • Monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable.
  • Resolve transportation-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders through effective communication and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date transportation records and documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to improve efficiency and safety standards.
