Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-walk homesite inspections to identify and address any quality control issues.
- Coordinate with our construction team and trade partners to complete walk-through repairs within a timely manner.
- Schedule and supervise trade partner repairs in homes after delivery to homeowners.
- Provide accurate and timely information to our Customer Care Manager on progress and scopes of work.
- Maintain positive homeowner relations and provide knowledgeable, timely, and professional service.
- Evaluate trade partner and product performance, providing ongoing feedback to our Customer Service Manager.
- Work with our Customer Service Manager on special projects as needed.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development of our team.
- Three to five years of experience in residential customer care or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
