Job Overview

As a Tech Line Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Customer Deployments team, serving as the primary interface for our deployed fleet operators and dealer shops. Your primary responsibilities will include fielding requests for support, utilizing our customer-facing issue ticketing system, and developing relationships with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of our issue tracking systems and processes, track and automate reports on customer service metrics, and assist in the creation of FAQs to guide team members in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer fleet technical support
  • Answer technical support calls and resolve customer issues
  • Manage tier 1 support on our web portal
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our issue tracking systems and processes
  • Track and automate reports on customer service metrics
  • Assist in the creation of FAQs to guide team members in their roles
  • Help with service parts fulfillment process
  • Train others on the use of our tools and systems
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in automotive repair
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Natural ability to interface with diverse technical disciplines and operate seamlessly
  • Ability to self-start, manage, and execute tasks with varying levels of information
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Factory training programs through OEMs are a plus
  • Ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems
  • Understanding of vehicle systems and their interactions is a plus
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Collaborative work ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills
