Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
  • Present customers with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member and execute all CLUB operational and compliance programs.
  • Demonstrate products to customers, remain knowledgeable of advertised sales, and help meet metric goals and objectives.
  • Provide full CLUB Member experience, including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
