Senior Sales and Customer Support Manager

Position Title: Senior Manager, Direct To Consumer Sales & Customer Support
Department: Consumer Products Division, Culligan International
Work Arrangement: Remote (USA based, US work rights required)
Role Summary: The Senior Manager of DTC Sales & Customer Support will spearhead the sales and customer support divisions to meet sales objectives, guarantee outstanding customer service, and propel overall expansion for Culligan International. This position demands a strategic leader with a solid history in DTC sales, customer support, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals.
- Guide and oversee the sales and customer support teams, nurturing a culture of high performance.
- Examine sales analytics and customer insights to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement.
- Establish and manage a training program to align and develop the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure that exceptional customer service standards are consistently achieved.
- Supervise the creation and execution of customer support systems and processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on sales and customer support outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Stay informed about technological advancements and industry trends to maintain competitiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in DTC sales and customer support, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and fostering growth in a DTC setting.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM and customer support software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a customer-focused approach.
