Collaboration and Communication: Engage actively with all members of the interprofessional healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and comprehensive reporting of patient care information.

Quality and Safety: Utilize extensive knowledge of endoscopy practices to assist in various procedures, contributing to the overall quality of patient care and safety standards.

Resource Management: Efficiently manage supplies and resources, maintaining appropriate inventory levels and minimizing waste.

Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in skills and competencies, participating in departmental initiatives for process enhancement.

Education and Experience: Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of three years of experience as an Endoscopy Technician. Relevant certifications, such as BLS, are required.
