Endoscopy Instructor

As an Endoscopy Instructor at Houston Community College, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to teach and mentor students in the field of endoscopy technology.

• Teach endoscopy technology courses to students, utilizing a variety of instructional methods and materials.
• Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students and the healthcare industry.
• Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve student outcomes.
• Stay current with developments in endoscopy technology and incorporate new knowledge into teaching practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement academic programs.

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field, or 6 years of experience in endoscopy technology.
• 3 years of experience in an endoscopy setting, including a wide range of endoscopy experience and clinical or classroom education skills.
• Knowledge of endoscopy technology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certification as an endoscopy technician.
• Experience in teaching or education.
