Responsibilities:
  • Provide product and service information to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolves customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Process orders and assist with sign-up requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
