Job Title: Inbound Toll Collections Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Toll Collections Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding toll collections and payment options
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
