Job Title: Inbound Payment Processing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inbound Payment Processing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving payment-related issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve payment-related issues, including processing payments, refunds, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and payment status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
