We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience and will be responsible for processing accurate and timely invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end closing activities. The Accounts Payable Billing Specialist will work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices. Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Billing Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Invoice Processing: Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accounted for.
  • Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring that all accounts are up to date and accurate.
  • Invoice Verification: Review and verify invoices and check requests, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Electronic Transfers: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and complete.
  • Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and accurate, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed and accurate.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and payments, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available.
  • Vendor Communication: Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
