Job Description

As a valued member of the George Wernery - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will also be responsible for proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
