Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insurance products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing business and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including producers and underwriters, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and provide recommendations for improved risk management and insurance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in independently managing a book of business.
  • Property and Casualty License.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Agency Management Software and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • Professional designations preferred.
