The Role:


This position offers a remarkable opportunity to become a vital member of the Digital Media Finance team as we advance the business through insightful, data-driven financial forecasts.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior executives and their teams to analyze financial data and inform strategic investment choices.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining and refining expense models to assist in budget forecasting, addressing immediate needs while also considering the long-term implications of financial decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


As a trusted Finance Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business strategies and objectives.

You will excel in communication, crafting compelling presentations for senior executives that narrate the financial performance story through impactful visuals and insightful analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Finance, Accounting, Offshore Shared Services, and business partners, to drive optimal financial outcomes and support organizational goals.

Influence decision-making among business partners and engage in candid discussions to advocate for beneficial outcomes.

Assist in justifying business investments and conducting Return on Investment assessments.

Develop your own insights regarding the long-term impacts on the business by analyzing model drivers and essential quantitative and qualitative factors.

Support investment allocation strategies, providing a clear perspective on where financial resources should be directed.

Take full ownership of the financial planning processes for your designated teams.

Demonstrate a commitment to driving automation and simplifying processes to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery timelines.


Qualifications:
Proficient in evaluating key business and financial metrics to deliver actionable insights.

Skilled in distilling large data sets into concise, impactful presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key narratives and takeaways.

Exhibit a strong curiosity about the business and the courage to ask critical questions necessary for resolving complex challenges.

Adept at navigating a dynamic environment that evolves with business needs.

Results-oriented with the ability to apply logical reasoning, think critically, and work autonomously to achieve objectives.

Expertise in Excel is essential, with familiarity in Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan preferred.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance or a related field is required.
