About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at OKX. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our financial models, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including detailed and high-level metrics, to demonstrate the financial health of the company.
  • Operational Analysis: Analyze and monitor operating expenses and revenue trends for global entities, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain company-wide forecast models and budget/forecast vs. actuals. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ad Hoc Reporting and Analytics: Provide real-time insights and ad hoc reporting to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • Skills: Excellent three-statement modeling ability, strong understanding of key accounting concepts, excellent financial/data analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with implementing policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Data and Analytical Tools: Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other data and analytical tools.
  • FP&A Software Tools: Experience with Vena, Datarails, Jedox, Prophix, or other FP&A software tools.
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and ERPs.
