Position Overview

iCRYO - One Loudoun is in search of a Center Operations Manager who possesses exceptional leadership capabilities and a strong aptitude for business growth and sales. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting and have experience in health, wellness, or retail management. As the Center Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering a premium lifestyle experience for both guests and staff.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Franchise CEO to develop a strategic plan that will drive the center's growth. You will oversee the overall functionality and performance of the franchise, ensuring staff productivity and the implementation of innovative processes. The right individual will be ambitious, with the expertise to enhance both efficiency and productivity among team members, while also demonstrating critical thinking in business decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding leadership and management to foster a positive and successful environment for staff and guests.
  • Effectively manage and surpass all sales and operational budgets.
  • Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales initiatives, including promotional events and outreach.
  • Oversee the sales processes and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor, coach, develop, and evaluate the performance of all staff members.
  • Manage the hiring, training, and scheduling of all center staff.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
  • Foster a high-energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
  • Train and mentor staff for ongoing success and future growth.
  • Empower and evaluate staff while implementing necessary disciplinary actions.
  • Respond promptly to all corporate and owner requests.
  • Enforce corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to front desk systems, including guest check-in and inquiries.
  • Maintain the highest level of guest service and effective decision-making regarding service issues.
  • Plan and promote monthly special events for community engagement.
  • Ensure the center is clean, well-maintained, and meets established standards.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with local businesses for collaboration.
  • Analyze Business Intelligence (KPI's) to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Submit monthly schedules and weekly reports outlining work hours and activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings to communicate brand objectives and performance goals.
  • Audit payroll information during each pay cycle, including profit and loss statements.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or franchise management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience, including comprehensive staff management.
  • At least 3-4 years of prior sales experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in directing sales through outreach programs.
  • Understanding of performance metrics, revenue, inventory, payroll, and facility maintenance.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capability to manage guest and staff concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, participative leadership style, and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted and perform various physical tasks.
