Human Resources Coordinator

Cloud Talent is seeking a talented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will partner with management, employees, and other colleagues to facilitate and communicate various human resources policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
About the RoleThis role involves supporting daily operations, developing and executing HR policies, processes, and procedures, and providing guidance to employees on various HR-related topics.
About YouWe are looking for someone with 3+ years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and a solutions-driven approach. You should have knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations related to employment, as well as proficiency in using MS-office, particularly MS Excel, pivot tables, mail merge, v-look up, and formulas.
Responsibilities- Support the daily operations of the People Operations team
- Develop and execute HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related topics
- Update and entry into HRIS
- Manage the general HR inbox
- Track and maintain benefit enrollment records
- Collaborate with internal partners and vendors
- Lead annual People Operations audits and compliance reporting
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
