Postoperative Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled Postoperative Care Manager to join our team at Palm Health Resources in Boston, Massachusetts. This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $130,000 - $150,000 per year and a chance to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the care of postoperative cardiothoracic surgery patients in the ICU, PCU, and telemetry unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
- Master's degree in physician assistant studies.
- Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- BCLS or ACLS certification.
