About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about human resources and has 3+ years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to develop employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results.
  • Provide guidance to employees on various HR-related topics, including leaves of absence, benefits, and time and attendance.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and vendors to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage benefit enrollment and track enrollment records.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Adaptable and positive attitude towards change.
