Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at PharmaEssentia USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce productivity. The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience. The HR Manager will be responsible for identifying training requirements, designing and implementing training programs, conducting performance reviews, and developing individual development plans. You will also work closely with other members of the HR team to develop and implement processes and systems to monitor and improve employee engagement. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 4-6 years of experience in HR generalist roles. Furthermore, you should have experience working in a similar industry or sector, and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
