Human Resources Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Cloud Talent. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and communicating various human resources policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities- Support the daily operations of the People Operations team, ensuring seamless collaboration with management, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and executing HR policies, processes, and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance to employees on various HR-related topics, including leaves of absence, FMLA, benefits, retirement, time and attendance, policy interpretation, handbook updates, notification documents, separation documents, performance reviews, payroll, and more.
- Update and maintain records in our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the general HR inbox, responding to inquiries, educating employees on processes, providing current and compliant information, and presenting relevant HR documents.
- Coordinate benefit enrollment within our system, communicating annually with employees on timelines and processes.
- Track and maintain benefit enrollment records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal partners, outside vendors, upper management, and external stakeholders while maintaining a high-quality customer-centric approach.
- Lead annual People Operations audits, HR processes, and compliance reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.
- Facilitate employee relations activities and reviews, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee check-in and exit interviews, gathering valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Analyze data and create reports using HR metrics and presentations, informing business decisions and driving growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and HR process library, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
