Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Insurance Office of America. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a book of business, meeting performance requirements regarding production, quality, and service.
- Interact with clients on moderately to highly complex accounts, devising creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Actively seek to grow IOA business, identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
- Track policy expirations and work proactively to ensure renewals.
- Facilitate the management of Expiration and AR reports.
- Participate in new business and policy renewal process.
- 5+ years of insurance experience.
- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- All required active licensing - minimum of 20-44.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to perform substantial work volumes with high degrees of accuracy.
- PC proficiency, including basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret data for application in rational decision making.
- Exceptional personal character.
