\tDevelop and implement client service delivery strategies to drive business growth and retention.
\tCollaborate with service leadership to provide guidance and direction to the service team, ensuring strategies are effectively designed, communicated, and implemented to meet goals and deliverables.
\tStrengthen Hylant's relationships with existing clients and drive continuous improvements with an ultimate focus on business retention and growth.
\tServe as a strategic consultant to clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating a deep technical knowledge of insurance and risk management.
\tCultivate relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and other stakeholders to drive client retention; demonstrate a deep understanding of needs to identify and provide Hylant solutions to meet these needs across business lines.
\tProvide support to Managing Partners and Client Executives in managing accounts and act as, or on behalf of, the CE when/if needed.
\tManage negotiations on all commission and fee arrangements in accordance with standard pricing guidelines (exceptions require management pre-approval).
\tRepresent Hylant at trade and industry events.
\tEffectively collaborate and communicate with leadership at all levels (i.e., office, region, business unit) providing updates on client and market intelligence needed to align strategies with business goals.
\tPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.

\tBachelor's degree in business, insurance, risk management, or similar field of study. Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
\tSeven (7) or more years of sales and/or service experience in the insurance industry.
\tActive Property & Casualty or Life & Health License
\tAdvanced knowledge of insurance lines of coverage in the selected focus area (P&C or EB)
\tAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
\tWorking knowledge of Hylant's Agency Management System(s) (AMS).
\tCIC, CPCU, ARM or CRM designation required
\tValid Resident State Driver's License required
\tExcellent attention to detail, oral and written communication skills
\tAbility to work well in a team environment.
\tAbility and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
\tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
