In this role, you will develop, deliver, and coordinate standardized new hire orientation programs for licensed and unlicensed clinical coworkers across the Ministry. Your responsibilities will include developing and updating core programs in alignment with evidence-based practice, as well as delivering and coordinating ongoing education for change efforts and annual competency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive orientation plans for newly hired licensed and unlicensed coworkers.
  • Coordinate scheduling of new hires for orientation requirements.
  • Document initial orientation competency and education completion.
  • Communicate with leaders on delinquent education requirements.

What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, a Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical Discipline, and current licensure if required in your discipline. You should also have AHA BLS provider certification and demonstrated clinical knowledge related to evidence-based practice.

We Offer:
A competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as day-one comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and employer-matched retirement funds.
