We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at BJC Medical Group in Internal Medicine. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with providers to develop and implement effective care plans.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with PCPs and Specialists to develop and implement care plans to maximize healthcare outcomes and facilitate wellness.
- Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patient's physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Assure that clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines are followed in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Support providers in appropriately documenting patient assessment and treatment protocols in accordance with compliance standards.
- Provide patient education and support, including verbal and written instructions; use the appropriate tools and techniques to assess the patient's and/or family's ability to receive education.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
- 2-5 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS)RN certification
- PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing, 5-10 years of experience as a registered nurse

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with NO CALL, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS. The role requires a strong understanding of clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
