About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly skilled LiDAR Survey professional to join our Geomatic Technologies Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for LiDAR production support and field operations. Your expertise in survey or geomatics and familiarity with LiDAR data will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support field LiDAR acquisition projects
  • Process LiDAR data in TopoDot, TerraScan, or other LiDAR software packages
  • Strong familiarity with MicroStation and/or Civil3D
  • Ability to create, edit, and work with surfaces from topographic survey points
  • Strong knowledge of InRoads and Civil3D surfaces, points, corridors, profile, and section views
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Survey, Geomatics, or a related field
  • 1+ year LiDAR data processing experience
  • 1+ year conventional surveying experience
  • Strong listening, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • General working knowledge of land survey techniques preferred
  • Experience with RTK-GPS and Total Station equipment a plus
