Our client, a leading national home loan lender, is seeking a skilled Home Loan Specialist to join their team in Tampa, FL.

Job Summary:

The Home Loan Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various channels, facilitating efficient and effective processes that drive business and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Initiate third-party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, and other necessary documents.
  • Review and validate loan documents to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor work queues and intervene as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned to support the team's goals.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Financial services and mortgage industry experience preferred.
  • General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
